<p><strong>Bahan:</strong></p>
<p>500 gr daging sirloin ( pangkal paha)</p>

<p>4 siung bawang merah</p>
<p>1/2 sdm pasta tomat</p>

<li>Panaskan mentega dalam grill pan atau wajan anti lengket.</li>
<li>Masukkan daging, goreng sampai matang. Angkat, potong-potong.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>SAUS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Tumis bawang bombay pada wajan bekas menggoreng steak. Masukkan terigu, pasta tomat, lada, garam.</li>
<li>Setelah harum tambahkan air/kaldu.</li>
<li>Masak sampai mengental, sesaat sebelum diangkat tambahkan Kentucky/ red wine.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PENYAJIAN:</strong></p>

<li>Siapkan piring saji, atur daging, onion ring, pure kentangdan setup sayuran.</li>

<p><strong>Cara membuatnya:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Aduk bumbu yang telah dihaluskan dengan daging yang telah diiris tipis. Lalu lebarkan satu persatu, tumpuk di atas wajan.</li>
<li>Panaskan wajan, balik tumpukan daging setelah daging berubah warna, bubuhi dengan air.</li>
<li>Masukkan daun salam dan lengkuas, setelah agak empuk bubuhi dengan air asam jawa dan gula jawa.</li>
<li>Setelah daging empuk, bubuhi minyak goreng. Goreng hingga matang. Angkat, hidangkan.</li>

<li>Goreng bola-bola hingga kekuningan, angkat tiriskan.</li>

<li>Tumis bumbu halus untuk kaldu, masukkan daun bawang dan tomat. setelah berbau harum campur dengan kaldu.</li>
<li>Bubuhi kecap asin. Masukkan jamur hitam, setelah agak matang masukkan wortel.</li>
<li>Sesuaikan rasanya, lalu hidangkan bersama soun, tahu pong dan taburi bawang goreng.</li>
