SUP IGA KACANG MERAH


Haluskan: 10 butir bawang merah, 5 siung bawang putih

Bahan:

500 gr iga sapi dipotong-potong

2 liter air

300 gr kacang merah direndam selama 3-4 jam

2 sdm margarin

2 batang daun bawang dipotong-potong 1 cm

2 batang seledri dipotong-potong

1 sdt garam

1/2 sdt merica bubuk

1 biji pala dimemarkan

1 sdm kaldu bubuk rasa sapi

3 biji cengkih

Cara membuat:

  • Rebus kacang nerah hingga lunak, angkat, tiriskan.
  • Panaskan margharin tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
  • Rebus iga sapi hingga setengah matang. Masukkan tumisan bumbu, kacang merah, daun bawang, seledri, garam, merica, pala, dan kaldu bubuk. Masak hingga iga dan kacang merah lunak. Angkat, taburi seledri.
  • Sajikan hangat. Untuk 6 porsi.
