RENGGINANG


Bahan:

1/2 kg beras ketan
2 siung bawang putih
2 cm trasi
garam secukupnya
Cara membuat:
Masak beras ketan seperti menanak nasi. Sambil menunggu, haluskan bumbunya. Bila ketan sudah setengah matang, angkat, campur dengan bumbu. Masak lagi ketan sampai matang. Angkat. Cetak adonan sesuai selera. Jemur sampai kering. Goreng.
