CAKE MENTEGA REMPAH

Bahan:

200 gr mentega

250 gr gula palem

1/2 sdt vanili bubuk

4 putih telor ayam

5 kuning telor ayam

100 gr kismis

100 gr kreten

2 sdm gula halus buat taburan

Ayak:

200 gr trigu

1 sdt cengkih  bubuk

2 sdt kayu manis bubuk

1/2 sdt pala bubuk

#Siapkan loyang ukuran bundar 21 cm olesi mentega dan beri terigu

 Cara membuatnya:

  • Kocok mentega, gula palem dan vanili hingga lembut
  • Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil dikocok terus smp kental n mengembang
  • Bedaki kismis dan kreten dgn sedikit trigu
  • Tambahkan campuran trigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil aduk rata
  • Masukkan kismis n kreten, aduk rata
  • Tuang adonan ke loyang, ratakan
  • Panggang dgn suhu 180C
  • Bila sudah matang dinginkan, hiasi dgn gula halus
