PUDING KEDELAI SAUS COCKTAIL


Dari bonus resep majalah kartini 2191

Bahan:

500 ml susu kedelai

5 gr kacang mete sangrai

1 bks agar-agar merah

100 gr gula pasir

1 kaleng cocktail buah

Cara Membuat:

  • Kacang mete dan susu kedelai dihaluskan smp lembut bener
  • Masak adonan tadi bersama agar-agar dan gula pasir
  • Jika sudah matang, tuang ke mangkuk kecil-kecil, tunggu hingga mengeras
  • Sajikan bersama cocktail buah.
  • Untuk 8 porsi
