PANGGANG AYAM MENTEGA


Bahan:

1 ekor ayam dibagi 4 bagian

2 sdm mentega cair

5 sdm kecap manis

Haluskan:

5 buah cabe merah

1/2 sdt merica bubuk

1/2 sdt terasi

garam dan asam jawa secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

  • Campur bumbu halus dgn ayam, kecap, mentega, biarkan 30 menit
  • Panggang sambil diolesi bumbu, sampai matang
  • Masak sisa bumbu sampai matang
  • Hidangkan ayam dg siraman bumbu
