PARU ASAM PEDAS


Bahan:

1/2 kg paru sapidirebus, tiriskan, potong dadu

3 sdm minyak untuk menumis

garam dan kecap manis secukupnya

Iris tipis:

2 siung bawang putih

8 btr bawang merah

3 buah cabe merah

5 buah cabe rawit

Cara Membuat:

  • Tumis bawang putih sampai harum
  • Masukkan bumbu laennya, tumis sampai layu
  • Masukkan paru, kecap, air dan garam
  • Masak sampai meresap bumbunya, kaldu tinggal sedikit
