PUDING JAGUNG MANIS


Bahan:

1 bks agar-agar putih

750 cc jagung segar/kaleng

500 cc susu cair

garam dan vanili secukupnya

1 1/2 sdm coklat bubuk

Pelengkap

1 kaleng buah-buahan

sirup merah secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

  • Campur parutan jagung, susu encer, agar-agar, saring, buang ampasnya.
  • Masukkan gula, garam, vanili, masak hingga adonan mendidih.
  • Bagi jadi 2 bagian, yang setengah diberi coklat bubuk.
  • Masukkan adonan ke cetakan, jangan lupa beri efek zebra dgn adonan coklat tadi.
  • Setelah dingin, hidangkan dgn buah dan tuangi sirup di atasnya.
