PASTEL BAYAM ITALI


Dari majalah kartini

Bahannya:

2 kg bayam

1 sdm minyak goreng

20 gr mentega

4 iris roti sisa kemarin, buang kulitnya, diris kasar, goreng

100 gr keju parut

4 btr telur

garam, lada sesuai selera

Cara membuatnya:

  • Bayam diiris kasar, lalu tumis bersama garam lada. Sisihkan.
  • Tata roti goreng di atasa loyang. Tambahkan bayam di atasnya.
  • Kocok telur dg separuh keju parut. Siram rata di atas bayam.
  • Taburkan sisa keju di atasnya.
  • Panggang kurang lebih 15 menit.
